Researchers from ISI and PUC-Rio collaborate with King's on CONTRACT-related work.Researchers from the US and Brazil have been collborating with the CONTRACT team at King's College London. Paul Groth from the Information Sciences Institute of the University of Southern California, and Maira Gatti of the Pontificia Universidade Catolica to Rio de Janeiro have both spent time at King's in London to work on aspects of CONTRACT project work. Groth's work was concerned with understanding how to determine the trustworthiness of new contracts, while Gatti's applied her earlier work on simulation and self-organisation to modelling and understanding the impact of different sets of contracts on the aerospace aftermarket. The last visit, by Gatti, ended in August 2009.
